Returns & Refunds Policy
We get it. Sometimes things don’t work out. If that’s the case you have 14 days to return your order. Simply email us at email@example.com so we can provide you with a returns label and send the item(s) and the card back to the below returns address:
PO Box 10992
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (Sizing Isues):
If you want to exchange a product because of sizing issues, we can work with you to solve the issue. You can state the size you would like to exchange the garment for by indicating this on the card delivered with your order or if you need some help deciding contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Our brand started with the mission to bring authentic Indian craftsmanship to the market combined with western tailoring. Why? Our founder is British Indian and she wanted clothes that represented that dual heritage.
Whether you have Indian heritage or not you can enjoy our bright and colourful pieces. And it's not just in our clothes where we seek authenticity but with our customers and suppliers too.
We're a growing brand, we have plenty of learning to do and we'll be doing it with our hearts on our sleeves.
Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to see what we’re up to. Contact us with your ideas. We’re all ears and heart.
To us the world is our family and we see ourselves as a community making meaningful change.
Who knows one day we’ll be big enough to start schools, lift people out of poverty and grow our More-Me family. That’s the dream.
But for now that change and respect to family is all about helping people whenever we come into contact with them. That can be through helping women be their authentic selves by wearing our clothing. Treating our suppliers with respect and having a good giggle with them and making each communication meaningful with whoever we meet.
When you buy from More-Me you’re part of a family and you should know that we’re rooting for you!
Life's too short not to have fun. This means we're bold, bright and brave in our decisions, perspective and prints.
We want you to have fun in our clothes too which is why comfort is a big deal for us.
Fashion has had a long unhealthy relationship with beauty. At More-Me we believe having fun makes you beautiful and we’re all for it.
Saying No To Fast-Fashion
Unlike many high street brands, More-Me focuses on key pieces to elevate your wardrobe.
This allows us to focus on designs we love and share them with our customers, as well as care for the planet. Wherever possible we use sustainable fabrics and materials and work with suppliers that take a responsible attitude to clothing production.
As a relatively new brand we are still working a lot of this out, but you can bet that we’ll keep thinking of ways to get better.
